    mamio, in backtest mode all informations will be synchronised one candle later. Due the robots based on daily timeframe you will see correct information tomorrow at 1400 CET.

    what is the  best stock for the TS swing? Can i have a little list of almost  3/4 stocks? And for the TS (not swing) i still testing Dax little account, ftse and dj? These are the best? Thanks

    @Petrus: High risk, because the seasonal trading we are discussing here, is about using a lot of programs in parallel. By running 10 active algos you should be prepared to loose 25k€ or more when the market is against you, even with the smallest mini-contracts. I just read a story in a forum about a young guy whining that he lost 10k€ with DAX-CFDs in only three days, just by choosing the wrong instrument (full contract vs mini). He couldn’t accept, that it is even possible to loose money so fast. IG does not regulate your orders, maybe intentionally.

    Hello Reiner, hello @all,

    first of all: thank you for your work on these great trading systems. Seems to work very well.

    I have a question according the trades via ETFs: you said, the programs run on a demo account and you get an email with all information when a position was opened. How exactly does that work? As far as I know, Prorealtime cannot send an email when a position was opened, can it? Via IG, that would work but the customer support told me it’s not possible to use Prorealtime on a demo account (except of testing it a few weeks) because it’s not a free extra. Can you please tell me how you manage to get an email when a position was opened?

    Can you just refresh my memory on this,

    Take for example HG copper, the heat map show this as green for Feb2 JUN2 JUL1, are you optimising the code for each individual period or can you optimise one code for all periods, that way having one BOT for HG copper instead of three BOTS?

    Hi Wisko,

    I’m using PRT in my demo account without any restrictions so far. It runs all aktiv Pathfinder 4H and swing robots (30 algos). In the account settings you can activate mail confirmation for entry, modify and close positions and it works perfectly for me. The mails will send in realtime and when your mail account support push mode like all Apple iCloud accounts you can push it on your mobile phone as well.

    is there any reason to not let the robot enter the position itself, better control of money management like that?

    Manuele, it’s difficult to give you a short list for swing trading. Every instrument could be the “lucky punch” like currently cooper. Commodities are more related to saisonality behavior but volatility and drawdown are also much higher. The signals come not to often and therefore it’s better to have more instruments.

    @Mark I’ve got my Palladium running on Demo – ‘non DFB’ Jan-Mar or whatever, like you I had no data on the DFB.

    hi, thanks for you replay. I see in details the code of you system e i think to trade in real starting from J2 Wheat. IT trade 1 lot until April. Correct? Also time frame daily and the system go only long. Correct? Many thanks

    Hi Guys,

    I have provided all robots for the next period.

    Feb2 (16.02. – 28.02.)

    • Palladium, Soybean, Cocoa, Wheat, Corn
    • AEX, S&P 500, ASX, Euro Stoxx, Nasdaq 100

    I have added Corn as a new commodity. CAC is out because of poor backtest result in Feb2. Please be aware that for Wheat and Corn the traded underlying is the related future contract MAR-17 because of the longer data history (April 2011).
