Might sound daft, but back in my early days of using PRT (4 years ago) I used to get lots of just about every weird and wonderful problems with the PRT Platform! 🙁
Now I know PRT have made various improvements. but I am convinced that my lack of problems for 2 years or so is down to my reduction of clutter on my PRT Platform.
I have the following …
1. 4 Templates stored.
2. Up to 6 Systems (often zero) stored in the Backtest and AutoTrading Window.
3. Up to 10 non running Systems (often zero) stored in the ProOrder AutoTrading.
Try it, esp Template reduction … it may solve your problem?
