  SuperMike is correct. IG has crossed all lines –  i think it’s been about 1.5 years or close – it should just make arrangement to get customers use PRT directly if they are so inefficient. Not sure why they spend money to redo the software – better reduce fees for clients than waste money on such inefficient process. Softwares have updates within a year or so.

  Due to virus issue, they will wait for vaccine to be available, then everyone on earth will be vaccinated. Then they will go to their workplace from “work from home” arrangement. From that point they will start to work on completing whatever they are doing. 2022 or 2023 if lucky. Everyone should keep emailing them and remind

  Worst part is no other broker in Aus offers PRT.

  I : Quand pensez-vous que cette évaluation sera terminée ? (when do you think the evaluation will be completed ?)

  IG : Veuillez noter que nous n’avons pas encore de date officielle mais vous serez informé en temps voulu. (please note we don’t have an official date …)

  I : Avez-vous une date NON officielle ? (do you have a NON official date ?)

  Seriously, when PRT release the V12 ?

  And I’m not joking.

  I spoke with IG this week; they said that V11 wouldn’t be released till next year, they were however definitely planning on releasing it.

  ProRealTime v11 is now available for demo accounts with IG or an IG sponsored account with PRT.

  The broker provides a way for you and others to ‘bet’ what the markets are doing and you pay the broker via the spread. PRT provide a platform that helps you make a decision on which way to bet by being able to use/create indicators and strategies.   PRT provide a platform. Currently IG are the only broker that offer that platform for live trading and auto trading. There are two ways to access PRT and that is by opening an account directly with IG or opening an account with IG via PRT ( a PRT sponsored account). If you open an account via PRT they get paid by IG and so as an incentive they offer extra benefits that you can’t get via a direct IG account. IG expect that if you have a ‘PRT sponsored’ account with all the extra benefits that you use it regularly otherwise they stop the account so they are not paying IG for an idle account that is only being used for demo trading.

  Hi

  After several months of absence on this forum (but systems still running on IG), I decided to do an end of year review and modify some of my systems (Live systems).

  I noticed IG had updated to v11 on my live account, but now I seem to be unable to edit these systems.

  I am not yet familar with the new interface, however I have tried everything I could think of and I am only able to view my “running systems” and not edit them.

  It would seem that I do not have a “modify system” button anymore.

  Anyone with similar issues ?

  Haven’t had much success with IG so far

  First go to this button (mind the state of the button at the very right) :

  

  Then choose your system in the left pane :

  

  Lastly hover your mouse over the right pane :

  

  And click the Modify button (“Wijzigen”) in there.

  Dank U well Peter , unfortunately this does not solve my issue.

  When launching PRT v11 , I get the following menu bar.

  None of the options in the menu gives me the possibility to modify my systems, nor do they give me the button you are showing.

  But did you notice that my first screenshot showed the bottom of the instrument you want to autotrade / backtest ?
