I experienced very similar issues on 14 Aug, with a huge flurry of trades and some closing at stop levels outside the code parameters of my algos. Thank you to those who raised this and, as you have said, it does seem to be resolved now. Has anyone got a response to a support ticket that explains what went wrong, and has there been any suggestion of reimbursing any losses that this issue caused?
