Proscreener For 30m Candlesticks

Hey Guys, I have been using prorealtime for the previous two months and its been very nice. Now I am trying to create my first proscreener but its not going smoothly. What I am trying to make is a screener that scans the US market for stocks that are at 90% of the level of the 30m candle from the first 30mins of the open (1530-1600 in Europe). So if it goes above that 90% level it shows up in the scanner. Does anybody have any idea how I could create that as I’m shooting blanks.
