Hi,

I’m still struggling to see why the ftse went in at 12 yesterday. On my signal line the daily low was nowhere near being crossed. The signal line was closer to the monthly high but had not crossed below that either. I only seem to have issues with the Ftse. The dax entering yesterday at 8pm last night was exactly correct. Anybody’s else look like mine or did there ‘s cross properly like H kan ‘s did.

@James,
I use Reiner’s version 6 found in the first post of this thread and in that version the signal line is one point below the daily low when triggered. The signal line has been below the monthly high for a while now…
You must have different parameter settings somewhere.

Yes, for me V6-1 is also better. The only problem is that it has a bigger drawdown.

Hi,

is it correct that you could lose more than 5000 EUR with just one trade? So for example when you are in the market with full size(10 Contracts) and theres a flash crash and the dax goes down for 660 pips (5.5% Dax 12.000) you would lose 6600 EUR right?

its important to always know the value of a position and be aware of risk for gaps

when we get guaranteed stops in proorder the gaps will be easier to handle.

If I remember well, Reiner gave advice to have minimum 9k capital for positionsize=1 on DAX
