back testing maximum period

  Good Morning,

  I’m writing you in order to understand if is it possible to extend the period of probacktesting.

  I mean: now the maximum period of back testing of my trading system with a time frame of 1 hour is 4 years. Also if I ask for a longer period in the Start Time and End Time, I always get the testing for 4 years.

  Is it possible to have the back testiong with that time frame for 10 years?

  Everybody wishes he could, but those are the current limits.

  You may suggest PRT to add more data history.

  Available data for backtests is 200.000 bars (for each timeframe) with an IG account sponsored by PRT.
