  Do these problems only occur with PRT used by IG, or also with PRT direct and the associated trading accounts?

  I am an example of that (a more rare example, I think). Yes, problems are the same with me.
  Edit : if with “associated” you mean : an IG account. Otherwise my IBKR account with PRT bears no problems whatsoever.

  It seems like historical data is all wrong before arround 25th august.

  This is ridiculous and in my opinion not the problem. In live account the mini indices are available, but they don´t work with the systems.

  They do work now. The backtest is now what´s  not working correctly. But they´re working on it

  OK, perhaps I didn’t express myself clearly, but I meant the same thing as you. Backtests work, but they produce completely different results.

  A peculiar issue that some of our clients are experiencing:

  They are not able to start automatic trading on the us markers USA500 Cash 1€, US Tech100 Cash 1€, Wall Street Cash 1€ due to this message

  Automatic trading is not authorized for this instrument

  There are no other cash instruments to find in the ProRealTime, so there is no alternative.

   

  However, the same clients can on their other live accounts (on the same IG login) start automatic trading on that instrument. So same instrument name, everything looks the same, but just on their other account – it actually works. Same account types (CFD) so there is no apparent difference between the accounts.

  It don´t works on Nasdaq in my live account. Witch instrument do you mean?
