I would hope that PRT would have more success communicating with them directly than any of us ever could via the IG forums.
Maybe … if PRT are indeed aware / read on here of the high level of our disillusionment?
PRT don’t even appear to read the Topic dedicated to (our) suggestions for improvement of PRT?

I agree. IG closed one thread that was getting countless comments on how bad their new Platform is for manual trading, in summary … loads of bells and whistles but the basics are not right!
I hope PRT v11.0 does not turn out to be the same!?
