AccountID does not have permission for Epic + Locale combination … means that the epic code / instrument you selected to trade on is not allowed for your country.

Select another epic code that is ‘nearest looking’ (to epic code not allowed) and it may work okay.

Same happened to me and that is how I solved it for me.

Oskar says … PRT shows two of different Dow Jones called “Wall Street Cash (1 Contract)”. Maybe none of them works from here …  maybe none, but it can also be that one will work for your country and the other not work for your country.

I know it sounds daft, but that’s what happened for me. You would think IG / PRT would identify the epic codes so they are different (-A on the end would do) rather than us having to do a trial and error.

My Ftse has changed from a long position to a short at 12pm.  Looking at the chart I cant understand why.

On the pathfinder indicator the signal line has not fallen below the monthly high or the daily low so I’m puzzled to see why it has entered.

Anyone had the same ?

Yeah. I have +1 and -1 on Dax at the same time….which doesn’t make any sense at all…also strange error messages with “position not found”… Something is clearly wrong with it.

Ok, that’s how it should be. I guess some bug happened and it couldn’t find and close the position for me. Got it running on two demo accounts and it’s the same for both… I’ll close the longs manually.
