    I will knock-up a PRT Issues Log and PRT Improvements Log today

    that would be excellent Grahal.

    It’s useful for people to be aware of what bugs there are so as to help find workarounds, but also more awareness = more complaints/suggestions to PRT = more action. (in theory, at least)

    That would be awesome GraHal, would there be any value in having some kind of numeric tick box at the end of each posted issue so forum users can increment only one time if they also have that issue?

    Maybe then the issues with the most ticks each week can be prioritised and forwarded on to ProRealtime via Nicolas if he or other moderators don’t believe there is a quick fix ?

    Is it possible for the PRT Issues log to be tagged at the top of Platforum Support issues so the link to it doesnt get lost?

    Don’t want to create a load of work for people but it may help cut down some of the duplicate posts on forum and support calls to prorealtime, which I would hope would enable them to focus on fixing things rather than replying to people.

    Let me know if I can do anything to help please.

    Well I did a post (with the Logs etc) about 1 hour ago, but it hasn’t appeared ….maybe Nicolas has some filter-stop for posts with more than 3 links??

    I’ll leave a few hours then post again.

    I created the Logs and, in my opinion, to make entering of data straightforward and to prevent mix-ups we need 3 Logs as follows:

    1. Wants & Bugs Log
      for Wants & Bugs NOT reported direct to PRT using Forms on the PRT website.

    2.  PRT Improvements Log
    for Improvements reported direct to PRT using the Suggestions Form on the PRT website.

    3.  PRT Problem Log
    for Problems reported direct to PRT using the Contact Form on the PRT website.

    The 3 links above are clickable and anyone can edit … please let me know if this is not the case?

    Good idea, but I felt that it be too easy to think … yeah I want that and to just click, click, click??
    So on the Wants & Bugs Log, column G allows users to add their username, (followed by comma) as this provides onus and traceability etc.
    If anybody thinks an incrementing check box would be better, then just say? 

    Re Problems and Improvements … it be good / better if individual users submt their own PRT Forms and then  complete a full row entry in the Logs.
    Several users can send to PRT, the same / similar Problem or Improvement (but in your own words).

    That looks fantastic thanks for all your hard work GraHal.

    Would it help if I run through some of the forum posts and populate the Wants and Bugs Log with some of the more common bugs and fixes just to get it started ?

    Are we keeping the Wants and Bugs spreadsheet just for V11 Platform issues, so I know whether or not to put V11 at the beginning of each description?

    Sometimes the bugs people are reporting myself included could just be down to unfamiliarity with the new version and there may already be a fix or workaround so would it be possible to have an extra column at the end titled Fixed or Resolved with the ability to add a Y/N ?

    Do you know if Nicolas or any of the other moderators already keep a spreadsheet of issues as I’m happy to incorporate the detail into this one?

    I can also email ProRealtime directly asking if they have one although we may get better results if it comes from Nicolas? What do you think ?

    Nicolas will not have a separate record of the myriads of wants and bugs mentioned in posts in the Forums.

    PRT would not share such information with us, so let’s proceed with our Logs only.

    For anybody to populate Column E – Link to Post on PRC … hover over the post number and select Copy link address then paste into next empty Column E cell.

    GraHal, I’ve sifted through posts in Platform Support back to when V11 was rolled out live to people and it looks like some of the issues may have been resolved with the later V11.1 versions.

    I’ve only added entries that seem to be a generic V11.1 bug or want with or without a resolution. Feel free to amend or delete as you see fit.

    Should I have a look through the other parts of the forum or are we assuming that anyone with a V11 platform question should be posting in Platform Support?

    Very encouraging what you have done thus far Kovit … a big thank you from Community members!
    If we can’t measure it, we can’t manage it  … so it’s good to feel we finally have a measure / central record of Wants & Bugs!

    Yes please, it would be worth checking the ProOrder Support Forum and even a quick look over the other Forums if you wish?

    Sorry to spam with posts but just thought is there any value in adding another column titled ProPlatform, ProOrder or ProBuilder or whichever version of the words you prefer so we can filter results on it, I could then abbreviate in column to PP, PO and PB ? Not sure if there are many issues with ProScreener but if so we could do a PS ?

    In case anybody doesn’t know … on any Forum you can use the Select Language box in the grey bar at the top of all Forum pages … then you can read in your native language.
