IG taking a year after update is unbelievable.

I fear IG themselves don’t know!
The information I received yesterday was that v11 will be launched for IG in January. But we have heard these deadlines before and they have not been met. I would take the info with a pinch of salt.
IG should really speed up the process and release it asap. If they only release it for demo first, then we might not see it in live account until 2021.
Keep chasing IG so they know that their customers are waiting for the release

The new update of Pro Real time to version 11 is full on new features, therefore it takes a substantial amount of time for us to adapt it to the IG platform.
However, its expected to be launched earlier next year. Please bear with us until then.

Personally, I am investigating switching to TradeStation International. Our interests as PRT-users are clearly not that important to IG.
Apart from the PRT 11 release, I feel that the service has been declining more and more lately.
I don’t understand why PRT is connecting more brokers to their platform? Does IG have some exclusivity?
IB is rumored to start automated trading in 2020, but who knows really when?!

Is the version 11 capable of syncing with Ms Excel Workbook. I mean the trade history? In demo version 11 i cannot check all features
Pro real code detailed report does not include fees and charges/commission information. Is this something available in version 11?
In version 10.3 I have noticed that the CLOSED POSITION LIST has no ID that is unique, this is really something that should be present, not sure if this has been changed in version 11 portfolio.
Unique ID or order number is so important in order to identify a particular order and match it with other information. Two trades opened in same instrument at same time will not have any column that is unique.
Are any of the above resolved by version 11?
Does any of you know if the real time data I can subscribe from IT-Finance via PRT11 (world indices) are similar to the CFD data from IG Markets and other brokers?
And does anyone have an overview of brokers that already offer PRT11? (except of Interactive Brokers)

No, PRT deals with Futures, which are different instruments.
If you visit PRT’s home page you’ll be able to reach info about current brokers.
I think there’s IG for CFD’s, IB for Futures and BINCK for stocks.
Autotrading is only available with IG.
When the V12 will be launched IG will open the V11… so when the V12 will be there ?
Good point SuperMike! 🙂 As you know, I can’t talk for IG, and I strongly recommend to ask them by any possible ways when do they plan to release the v11 for their clients.
