ProRealTime issues on IG

I usually trade Tesla using PRT on IG, but I can’t place trades at the moment, I get a message saying it can no longer be traded online. However, when I placed a trade using the IG website, it appeared on the PRT charts. Is there an issue at the moment?

I maybe should add that once I placed the trade on directly on the IG website, I was able to modify it (ie change stops and limits) and close it using PRT.

I think the best is to send a technical report to ProRealTime from Help > Technical report to resolve the issue

I had the same problem with an algo from 1418 till 1429 yesterday. I have contacted Tech support. so you are definitely not on your own.

in better news, looks like the trade went bad so every cloud and all that! 🙂
