Hi,
I am running the latest Pathfinder system on DAX with a max of 5 open positions, since I am doing this with a 5k account.
This morning, the Pathfinder made 2 trades in the first candle and generated a neat 98.4 Euro’s. Wonderful system!
Can anyone confirm this trade ?

I see 3 long positions in dax in demo account but not live. Anyone else?
My Dax has just kicked in on Demo 3 contracts.
Bought at a all time high is this not a little worrying.
Can confirm position opened in Dax @ 11,984 in Live.

Hi axmichi and welcome,
you asked for a setup with a very low risk. Pathfinder is using grid order mechanism on the long side to achieve the exceptional performance. The algo needs room to cumulate for that feature and due to that fact the smallest account size I can recommend is 4k Euro. Please find attached a tweaked DAX version for a 4k Euro account.

@Bandido: I am live with the latest Pathfinder v6 and had a great trade this morning, but nothing happened at 17:00. But you did!
On the other hand, some traders had the same trade as myself this morning, usually with three positions (I got two because of the 5k account) and some others haven’t.
Shouldn’t it be the same for all of us if the code has not been changed ?

Probably the seasonal multiplier is set to 0 instead of 2/3. So it won’t open trades in feb2.
Pathfinder DAX V6 opened a long position for 3 contracts at 1700 CET, the version for small accounts differ a little bit due the lower drawdown.

First of all, I want to compliment you on this beautiful piece of coding and strategy.
The only thing I have done to the code you published is set the available capital to 5000 and adjust the MaxSizeLong to 5 (and short accordingly).
Still, pathfinder did a great trade this morning for me and, apparently, a lot of others had a trade at 17:00, while I did not.
For your information, I am at CET+1 (Brussels) like Reiner and there is no time issue.

I had 2 UK Live Trades open at 11984.5 @ 16:00 GMT, 1 Long Trade on 4H V6 and 1 Long Trade on 4H V3.
They quickly ended up around £40 loss and IMO the DAX is ‘topping out’ so I closed both trades / Systems manually when they pulled back to around £4 loss. Too much manual trading to let them run!? 🙂
