Please take a lot how odd it is my situation!

Histogram say long 6 contracts, the “gear” on the chart says -1 contracts.

I don’t think it is something in the preloadbars because i have not seen the error. Maybe i’m lucky, maybe not.

Why don’t you show a picture of the graphic you are using? How did you store your templates? How did you add new commodities/indices?

You have to save, copy and close down PRT in a specific order otherwise it can not handle it and it will lose information. And after restart

you get all kind of issues i know from way back.

I have had the preloadbars issue in Live and demo previously. There was no reason as to why it happened for only some users as everyone was using the same code. I did try and change the preloadbars to 10,000 first and then 20,000 but still the error occurred. I only got it on the DAX 4H system and not the others. I don’t think PRT actually know why it happens as they have not yet been able to find out what the problem is. So for now, I suggest you do what I did unfortunately and just keep monitoring your systems regularly and turn them back on if they get stopped. I have to say that I have received no such errors so far in the last 2 weeks and the systems took positions fine.

Annoying issue I can understand, but unfortunately no resolution as yet. We just have to work around it for now.

I am running FTSE 4H v6, and a +3 trade triggered on 17Feb 17:00 @ 7293.4. Just to check if anyone else had this order triggered. It is now -90 GBP.
