Just had a look at NordicAlgos (ProfitAlgos) NASDAQ 15M strategy for sale on the Market Place and on their website;

Their video guide shows the initial screenshot of the code. It is identical to that which I posted here in the forum;

As you can see in my post I state that I got this idea from Kevin Davey, I share the URL to his YouTube video and I also include this in the notes of the code itself.
NordicAlgo/ProfitAlgo didn’t even bother altering this part of the strategy I shared, and can’t even be bothered to hide the fact that they are taking code from this forum and selling it on their website and on this forums market place.
Questions have been raised by other users regarding the similarity in performance of their algos compared to strategies shared elsewhere in this forum.
Please can this be resolved by – thank you
Hello, thanks for your alert. There’s a rule for vendor, that they accept once registering as a vendor on the marketplace, to not propose for a fee something available for free elsewhere on the web.
Although it’s possible that this product is a fork (and not just a simple copy paste) of a code available on the website.
So I’m gonna investigate and take the appropriate measure asap. please be patient 😌

Just curious to know if there is an update on my post form a month ago now. I see NordicAlgos / Profit Algos are still selling free code on the Marketplace as well as their website.

I also see that they are selling the DAX 10min strategy on the Marketplace which is another free strategy shared on the PRC site.

Decided to test their algos on a one month trial and then read how they are selling free code from this site. I have looked at their DAX strategy and it looks identical to me. What a shame, just as samsampop said.
I was nearly tricked into buying the algos on the ProRealCode MarketPlace!

Is this going to be sorted? Surely it’s in everyones interests to stop this.
Please stop creating new topics. I am in the process of ascertaining whether or not there is a problem, within 1 week, measures will be taken, if indeed, the strategy in question is really the one present on the site.
To date, I have not received any evidence that this is the case. Except for screenshots showing a few lines of text that are identical in the code head.
Believe me I would like to make this clearer, it is not yet the case, please wait another week.
