    Hello!

I have an issue where PRT had technical problems in january and erroneously list three automatic trades as huge losses…but they were never executed. Therefore my P/L is way off and it screws up all my history.

I have submitted a ticket a good while back but no reply or anything. Is there a way to contact PRT technical support any other way than through PRT itself? Because obviouosly that didn´t work and I as far as I know didn´t recieve a ticket number either.

Does anyone know what I should do?

    /Thanks

Did you lose real money due to above?
If Yes to my question above, and you are with IG as broker then you should contact IG.

    Hi!
    very rare…
Are you with a demo account? If not, wich broker are you trading with?

My experience of technical support is not good. In fact I will leave soon because of it. The app has various bugs and issues and unlike other platforms, responses to technical queries are not guaranteed.

I think around only 50% of my queries have been responded to.

    Thanks for the advice!

I did not lose real money. Three actual (positive) trades done were not logged in PRT but instead shows three errouneous ones. I´d most like for the correct ones to be added in but in all fairness, I´d settle for the three wrong ones just being removed…

I did contact IG support, but they sadly couldn´t help me.

Also had a mega (paper) loss in my statistic from January, it will not get fixed. I do my statistics manually after that.

I’ve also had massive mis-calculations … I mostly stop the Algo, note down correct Gains and No. of Trades thus far in the Notes section and start the Algo again.

For whatever the reason I’ve left one running so just for the record, an example … miscalc at £68K+, should be £2K+ as shown on the Detailed Report on attached screenshot.

Ok, I see that several of you have the same issues. That´s too bad! I´ll do it manually then.

    Thanks everyone for the help,

    /Stefan
