MultiTimeFrame simple conditions

Hi all, I just got an idea. We made a very simple strategy like : Close above SMA20 in a downward SMA20 curve, Price above SMA200 in a upward curve ( more or less “mean reversal” strategy) ConditionLong00001= close>average[20](close) and average[20](Close[1])>average[20](Close) and lowest[5](low) > average[200](Close) and average[200](Close[1])<average[200](Close) Then this condition we put it in multiple time Frames… In means that when that condition in many other Chart, we entry the markets… I am not at home already but here is more or less my psehudo code. haha yea 2018 volatility hit hard. Alot of weird results from lookat at the 10 year bullrun we’ve had up until now.

This is exactly what I / we do instantly when first looking at a chart for a manual trade, but so few AutoStrategies do this.

Hopefully we will see more of this now with MTF … better incentive when MTF is Live to code up logical entry points (with regard to ‘where price has been before entry’) … when we see the profits rolling in! 🙂

Yea GraHal, the thought of “where price has been” has been pressing in the back of my head for a while but i didnt really do much about it until i, as i always do, listened to a podcast that was talking about how its very important to create a setup not only in that 1 single entry candle, but by mapping out the pattern that your actually trading. If you have “predicted” the 2-3-4-5 candles previously in your code as the setup, then maybe you can the predict what the next candle couple of candles are probably going to do.

ive been very focused on trying to find the buy signal rather than finding the patterns themselves.
