I have the same problem as you, I called and it seems that they know about the problem, let’s hope they can fix it.
The next system went out of the race with an error. Position remained open, without SL! We are talking about Nasdaq demo in any time unit. I think there’s something generally wrong here. The position is opened by the algo and when bet by the SL, the algos stop leaving the position open. And no, it can’t be due to the minimum distance. Trading manually also works.
Out of 25 Systems on same Account, I only have 8 left running correctly now (17 are Stopping!).
Another 3 algos stopped. I’m starting to think it’s not funny anymore.
What does your auto trading list look like? The strategies that were stopped by whatever yesterday are still in the “stopping” state. I can’t manually delete them from the list or restart them. And now? Definitely the problem lies with PRT.

But they should. I have tons of pending orders that say “order submitted to broker.” I can’t seem to cancel these orders or do anything else. That’s why the algos are probably in the “stopping” state. How can I change this situation?
You can’t do anything, I have the same problem, I called yesterday but it didn’t produce any results.
Maybe if we all call they’ll get a move on.
From my experience : at the 3rd day (during the 2nd day) after the happening, the orders will disappear.
I am not 100% sure whether this indeed goes automatically in all cases. I recall to have called support as well and they did something. But you’d need to call PRT support, not IG (and PRT officially won’t help you because you’re an IG customer).
@GraHal had the situation at hand as well. I don’t think he ever reported how it unwound.

I never phoned last time, as you say Peter, eventually there is a broker reset and all is good again.
Maybe IG will roll out v12 and that will fix it!!!??? 😉
I am excited. But such malfunctions shouldn’t actually occur.
For how long these strategies have been running live through ProOrder please?
Different, some for days, others for weeks. The oldest system affected has been running without interruption since March of this year.
As an example, one that is Stopping has been running in Demo since 5 Aug 22.
