I came on here because I am at my wits end with exactly same problem as you are having … the Pro-Order Running Systems Window not showing Systems running but the Systems are running as I can see them on the Chart and in IG Interface.
I am on 3rd or 4th email in a chain of emails with PRT Customer Service and it’s going from bad to worse as she does not even yet seem to understand what the problem is.
I sent a Help / Tech Support Ticket and ticked the box for PRT to access my code and of course the Tech Support Ticket pulls all screen shots of what I had open at the time I had the Issue. But then – to explain / illustrate the problem – I had to separately send to PRT loads of Screen Shots … it hasn’t helped because she seems even more confused now!
I am going to raise another Thread with above info on. I know we are not supposed to duplicate info but this Thread is not the best for this issue but I wanted to let you know David that I am having the same issue.
Like you, I feel like giving up for the Summer (sell in May and Go Away) and hope when I come back the PRT Platform is all sorted!?
