    Hi @Nicolas,

Why is it so that we are kicked out of the forum per timeout ? is it so we earn more points then ? 🙂

In that case, I don’t need points. But I think I – and undoubtedly other people too – like to have their not yet posted post remained instead of lost.

N.b.: For me making it 1 or 2 ours instead of the 30 minutes or whatever it currently is, does not help. My posts may stay there for days before posting (or scratching for that matter).

In case you don’t know it – see attached. That is what may be presented (mostly that does *not* appear), but it can only be answered with “Logout”. Hmm …

And if it can’t be done differently, then so be it !

    Peter

    Hello Peter,

For security reasons, there is now a 1-hour timeout if no activity is detected during the site visit.

I am aware that this impacts the user experience and I am sorry about that 🙁

This “restriction” was adopted recently, in addition to other security packages that are not visible on the surface of the site…

I would like to be able to extend this period of inactivity, to say 4 hours, perhaps I could do it later, but for the moment I am forced to, sorry again!
