Yes David, PRT seem fixed losing bar issue, I can re-start my Dow algo.
Please monitor your systems.
One of my systems was not working as coded and I had to Stop it.

As Prorealcode works closely with IT-Finance could we get PRT status and issue notifications posted on this site?
As far as I know (currently on leave), the problem is gone. Strategies were blocked until the network issue was resolved. During 2 hours the network provider between PRT and IG was not able to create the link as it should.
Someone told me that IG sent SMS to all customers to warn about the problem and how to close positions, didn’t saw it myself so maybe someone could confirm?
I got this email from IG at 12:24 today, nothing else other than the response above to my support request:
Owing to missing chart data on ProRealTime charts, your ProOrder strategy(s) were suspended. These strategies have now automatically resumed, and the missing chart data has now been backfilled. We strongly advise you to check the status of your strategies in the ProOrder window within ProRealTime
