That is because they are for the PRT platform and not for MT4. ProRealCode are forums dedicated to the PR platform.

You could use the paid coding service found under ‘Help’ if you wish to have them converted to MT4.

Also if you are going to post in these forums (or any others) then please give your topic a more meaningful title.
