I can see in the upper left corner, that my version is “complete” and not “premium”
By the way, this is a joke and overcomplicated and not customer friendly.Period
PRT and IG are separate companies offering two totally different products. PRT provide a platform and IG provide brokerage services and market data.
IG offer the ‘Complete’ platform as a free bonus product if you open an account with them.
PRT offer the’ Premium’ platform for a price but you can have it for free if you open an IG account when signing up for it as they get a cut of the action whenever you trade and also maybe a monthly usage fee from IG for each account opened via PRT (I don’t know the exact details of their arrangement!)
It is not overcomplicated but just two different companies using each other to sell and promote their own products.
Most people find their way to PRT because they get interested in spread betting/CFD trading and open an account with IG as it is a market leader in that field. Most people do not go out looking for a trading platform and then see who they can connect it to to get data and brokerage services. Later some of them switch to PRT Premium when they find out that this is possible to get it via PRT for free if they open an IG account via them.

You will be using CFD so I checked my CFD Platform and yes I go back (only) to 28 Jan 20 on 15 min TF over 200K units!

A wise man always chooses the right door first time. If not then he can always go back through the door that he chose and go through the other door and pretend that he is wise.
Personally I went through what I thought was the wrong door (Complete) and then reversed back and went through what I then believed was the actual right door (Premium) before realising that the first door suited my needs much better (I only needed daily candles back to the mid 90’s).
Now with v11 what I can find through the door I decided was the wrong door has changed and the new toys and new functions might tempt me back through it.
