Flat line in PRC VWap

Hi,
i have been using Nicolas’ excellent PRC vwap indicator, but today with my usual settings it is not returning any results (see picture, from around 1:45am today till now)
The instrument is the DAX 1 min chart, with custom hours of 01:45-00:00. It works on some other timeframes, like 0140- 00:00 , but not others, no idea why?
I am using he unmodified code from Nicholas’ original indicator here:
This is on IG prt v11.1 live. Exact same results on IG prt 10.3 live,…
any help appreciated.
P.s i dont think its volume as there has been plenty for a fee hours now.
If you are using Windows10 then it also has a built in snipping tool.
Well, I didn’t think it needed that level of detail as its just a flat line, but no problem. Added a clearer shot,
