    How come the settings shown on Image 1 only work as shown in Image 2 (when > 1 Algo is showing on Chart) but settings in Image 1 do NOT work when ONLY 1 Algo is showing on Chart … see Image 3.

    Has something changed recently?

    Weird thing is, I get the rollover / hover price and time info etc when I first login … even without any of the setting boxes ticked- see attached.

    EDIT / PS

    Just realised the settings shown on attached show ALL the recent Orders (not just Orders related to the Algo being worked on and currently showing on the Chart).

    So now a re-statement of the Issue / correction of OP.

    How come Order info (Price and Time) only work as shown in attached for a few minutes when first logged in and then stops working??

    Please can somebody else try it?

    Seems to be working as normal now … I reckon my Platform must have got disconnected a few times (hence the ‘unrelated happenings’)  but I didn’t notice.

    No I was deluding myself that all was good!

    I had 3 Algos on the same Chart and executed Price and Time was showing when hovering over the Orders icons on the Price Chart.

    I closed 2 Algos leaving 1 Algo only showing on the Chart, immediately hovered over Orders icons on Price Chart  … and NO executed Price and Time shows!??

    Yes, I am platform connected and green on ‘Push+ and DealThru’.

    Can’t it be so that

    1. What you observe is the difference between (Demo-)Live and Backtesting (it looks like it !);
    2. That the Entry shown with the red arrow is actually an exit ?

    Ad 2.:
    I mention it but probably is not related to you not seeing that data. I mention this because I saw that happening myself last week (Entry arrow is actually an Exit). And maybe because that in itself is an anomaly, the data is not shown either.

    As always, I like the conspiracy conversation.

    N.b.: I am VERY relucutant to come up with this, but I just don’t see what is going on :

    Since more than an hour, my good results changed for the worse, and there is no way I can get it back to normal. Then a post like yours, GraHal, does not help really. 🙂

    Then I saw the date of the current release – but this was only after I restarted the 0platform – and it is at May 13 now, while I think yesterday it was at April 1 or so.
    THEN I saw that the thousand separator disappeared, and indeed, a screenshot from two hours back still shows it.

    Apologies if this is off topic all the way !

    So now if I put 3 Algos back on the same Chart I CANNOT (now) get the Orders executed Price and Time to show by hovering over the icons on the Price Curve.

    As you can see from the post link below ,,, when I had 3 Algos showing 30 mins ago I COULD get Orders executed Price and Time to show by hovering over the icons on the Price Curve.

    Of course it’s only Peter and I who experience these oddities??

    Roll on v12!!??

    Demoralising thing is … I’ve been saying the same for the last 2 or 3 versions?? 🙁

    I solved my culprit, but I think I found yours too. Yours is set at 1 week ?

     

    PS: Mind was similar to what I recently told about : Something wrong internally with parameters. But this time from an Indictor. Saved the malfunctioning one under an other name, reloaded back the original I saved to disk yesterday, Validated it with a message (“does already exist” – I have no clue) then renamed the new one, called the new name in the main code and all was back again. Except for the thousand separator. 😐

    Btw, I seriously wonder … if one is as kind (?) to remove that dot (comma for you), why not give back the space so that I can finally see my gain in decent fashion.
    Or maybe make sure that this quite crucial data fits in its column, so that I not just reached the millionth time of dragging it wider. Yeah, I really counted. But maybe I lost it underway.

    Yes there are numerous windows / Forms that I am dragging wider each and every day!

    Why can’t PRT see it as making parts of the Platform seem like 20+ years ago computing!?

    It was, but its set at max now … see attached.

    But anyway it’s not that setting that has anything to do with my Issue today.  The setting on attached is to show Orders executed from ANY Algo running in the backtest window or not.  Also no hover info is seen on  Orders related to attached setting.

    My Issue is not being able to see JUST the Price and Time when hovering over orders executed for the Algo shown in backtest window

    In an effort to find a workaround, I right clicked on the backtest Algo Orders icons (in Price curve) and selected hide … the icons duly disappeared and now I cant even find the setting to show them back again!!!?

    I’ll have to Quit- No Save and Log back in!!!

    Sheeesh … all morning on this stupid little bug!!!!!  There must be more to life than this!!!??? 🙁
