My technical report has been sent.
Horrible. The backtests also yield different results. I’ve saved everything in Excel and it´s totaly diffrent now.
I’m still missing US Tech Cash 1€ and SP500 Cash 1€ in the demo.
This is what they told me from IG, I’m attaching the email:
“Latest news on PRT issues:
The hierarchical file is now working, and yesterday we verified that the scaling on the latest file is correct, so ProRealTime can read the data automatically as before.
All the new exchange IDs have been added to PRT, so the new markets are available, although I’ve seen a case where some indices aren’t showing up yet.
The historical data on the new epics isn’t all available yet, but they said it could take up to a week.
For the missing markets, the issue should be resolved today; for the missing data, by the end of the week.”
Mauro
I’ve seen a case where some indices aren’t showing up yet.
Is it showing up for anyone? Is it startable for anyone I dont think so. Its the old instrument that is showing up, correct?
DAX (€1) frozen? or just me?
Plus DAX(€5) and DAX(€25) cash just vanished
Still not working here. Is it working for anyoneesle?
Update regarding US indices, I’m attaching an email:
“We are currently experiencing a discrepancy and inconsistency in GMT for some US indices.
It has been quickly resolved for stocks; the indices will be corrected by tomorrow morning.”
Mauro
No systems is startable.
´Trading systems cannot be applied on this instrument because it is not tradable´.
What happend to new instruments, they´re not comming today as they said?
From what Mauro wrote earlier, there will be no changes until tomorrow.
thanked this post
So, none of my backtests match what they were before… not to mention that the US indices are still missing, or are somehow incorrect.
This shouldn’t be happening. Neither on the IG side nor on the PRT side.
It’s just strange that everything seems to be working on my MT4 account… manually.
Dear poeple,
My eye falls on this. This is IG’s US Tech 100 vs IBKR’s NQ (Nasdaq) – both seen through PRT. I have never seen anything like this. Both charts are 1 minute.
It would resemble people’s backtesting “anomalies”, though.
Edit : for S&P the very same thing.
I’m starting to find it less funny.
