Oh great, in the demo all mini-indices have now disappeared from the IG watchlist.
This week things have gotten worse, maybe it would have been better if they did nothing.
just one eurusd mini i am rich !!!
Close, take the money and run away
I have duplicate instruments for SP500, DOW and NAS. On one which still has orphan trades running, it says that automatic trading is not authorized, so I cannot start. On the other one I can start, but minutes later I get that the strategy failed because of wrong epic/locale message…. so is there no way to get the strategies running this week? Its ironic that last week DAX had troubles, now fixed but then they ruined a bunch of other instruments….
you need to make sure you are using the right instrument to run the system. the new one and the old one have the same name….i just ran my system on both and the results were very diffrent. i am still trying to find the reason.
Yes, I understand that much, but what I dont understand is how to figure out which is the right, and it seems you dont either, sorry if Im mistaken? Also, as I said, at least on one of these instruments I cannot even start the algo because it says it is not authorizsed, and on the other one which I can start, it fails. So unless Im missing something, maybe this is just IG issues stopping my account currently. But would be happy to learn if there is something I should be doing
Deleted as I just read the error message that you see Gubben.
In my deleted post, I mentioned position size, but I guess you >= minimum.
One system is not tradable and the other one gives this error One of the orders of this trading system was rejected. Due to the type of rejection, the trading system had to be stopped. To see the reason the order was rejected, open the order list, go to the”Canceled/Rejected” tab and place your mouse over the warning icon in the “Status” column.
So noone of them works.
Does anyone see mini-indices on their list? Like the Nasdaq or the SP500 for €1 per point? Everything’s a mess these days.
too early to celebrate
place your mouse over the warning icon in the “Status”
Post the error message (you can summarise) that you see when you follow the instruction above.
AccountId does not have permission for Epic + Locale combination.
The systems that are already running in ProOrder AutoTrading are on the correct market, which is tradable. The duplicated market, however, is not tradable. This means that all currently active systems are fine to continue running. The issue arises when the system attempts to place a trade — it gets rejected with the error: “AccountID does not have permission for Epic + Locale combination.” Once this issue is resolved, I believe everything will work as expected.
So they fixed Dax but did the same misstake for other markets? Is this kindergarden?
