I can´t find it in PRT. Only the 1$ Version.
If you have it in the IG platform, try to open it from there in PRT.
Vinzent, you must use this (below). Thus from within a chart, NOT the general Search function. In the latter it is not listed – don’t ask me why (a still not finished job somewhere).
In my general search function, I have the 1€ contract, but not the 1$
hahaha
For me, I can find most of the missing instruments, but I can’t launh a bot using them, getting this, (screenshot)
Well, that way works. Thank you. 🙂

In France spread still at 1.8 for the DAX €1, and 1.4 for the €5 and €25.
I don’t expect any changes here in future, in line with desire, expressed by IG, to be able to vary this aspect er country.
That is strange. I’d ask them why they advertise 1.4 on their website (see screenshot) but then don’t have it in reality.

Did you try clicking on the instrument name “Allemagne 40” ? When I do that, in France (!), it brings me to a page dedicated to Allemagne 40. On that page, upper right corner, is a “i” icon, preceded by the text “Détails”. When I click this icon, details are shown telling me this is €25 version. This version has indeed a spread of 1.4, on the IG web platform as well as in PRT.
No I did not, why should I. Now, I think, there are 2 possibilities :
It is simply an error on IG’s side.
or, they charge you Frenchies a little bit more, because you love to trade so much…

“It is simply an error on IG’s side.”
That’s what we, in France, believed in the beginning. But later on Nicolas has posted an answer coming from IG (it’s somewhere in this pile of posts from satisfied customers), stating that this increase in spread is “intentional”.
I am afraid this is going to stay with us.
I’m still having the problem with the shifted H4 candles. Am I the only one? I’m starting to doubt myself. On the IG platform, they’re as they should be. Only on PRT, they’re not.
Can someone check their H4 candles? Preferably with a German account?

I also wondered why nobody confirmed your issue with the 4 hour pivots. Not from Germany but from France: no change in timing of 4 hour pivots, changes are due at 01:00, 05:00 etc. Paris time. This goes for DAX and the 3 major US indices.
Can you tell me what time setting your platform uses, specifically for the US indices?

I am in UK on UTC+1 Time Standard.
Timezone on PRT is set ‘same as PC’ (UTC+1).
4 Hour bars on Dow Jones ends / starts at 1, 5, 9 … etc.
4Hour bars on DAX ends / starts at 00, 4, 8 … etc.

I never changed the PRT Time Settings. My cognitive capacities were unable to comprehend the consequences of changing the settings. This way the horizontal axis always shows “my” time and I can cope with that. So DAX and US indices have the same settings, see capture.
