IG is not a platform for professional traders.  But they are fine for learners/intermediate…if you don’t make too many requests, that is.  Don’t take it personally – they might not care about you, but they don’t care about anyone.  You can still use PRT with other data providers.

A tip for the future:  make your supports requests as brief and concise as possible.  Keep in mind they have limited concentration (and care factor) and will attend to the most simple requests first.

I’d love to see inside one of these companies where they mass delete customers emails.  They do what suits them, not the customer.

I’m sick and tired of effort without reward.  Sick and tired of being ignored by these companies.

if there is any chance, i would like to have a possibility of drawing routes into the charts. in know it might not be a “professional” thing, but I like to draw potential future chart developments.. currently i bypass by drawing segments attached to each other…

If a trading strategy is based on a multi-trading system running in parallel (for example the same strategy applied simultaneously to different instruments) no monitoring and/or controlling functions of a multi-trading sysyem are available. I suggest to add at least the following:

1. a function that closes all the running trading systems, something like “QUIT ALL TRADING SYSTEMS”.

2. a function that can provide the information of the sum of the profit generated by each single running trading sysyem.
