This mornig my ProOrder Platform is not showing the running system related to DAX; also DAX chart are unavailable from PRT.
is anyone experiencing the same problem?
Hi and good morning! Same for me with US Crude and S&P 500, it have happened before at weekends and fixed until Monday, I hope it will be the case this time too 🙂

Yeah me too … DAX not available!
Missing the DAX 1€ in Spain too, and also in IG Switzerland.
I’m sure I’m missing loads and loads of Systems in the running / not running window also … maybe it’s all the DAX Systems.
I say I’m sure / a bit vague as I had a big clearout yesterday and exported several hundred systems from my Platform to my PC! I feel better for it too! For the first time as long as I can recall I have zero listings of Systems under development in both Demo and Live!
Just hope all the running / not running listings return by tomorrow!? Anybody ‘lost’ running systems this morning – see attached for the screen I am talking about.

Same here too. The platform is free of any trading sys…no more equity curve… A little bit scary I would say…

Yes all my DAX templates are missing… A load of work gone, so hopeful that this is temporary!!
Yes, all DAX charts have been set to S&P 500 in my account. I don’t save anything when I exit…
Also, all running and stopped auto trading systems have disappeared; I suppose something needs to be re-started ?
You’d have to guess that it is weekend maintenance and hopefully everything will be back to normal before the markets open. Either that or something is broken and we have to hope that there is a backup!

I’m staggered by how calmly everyone is taking this. I have been on with IG and they dont know where the DAX has gone, its not appearing in ProRealtime FINDER.
Are there just not many people trading the DAX indices, no automated trading engines etc. I thought there was 7 day support from ProRealtime?
Pressure is gradualy rising up as the end of this day is showing up and yet no information received nor any action plan offered … !?
I do guess that a bunch of people may be currently working on this issue.
All 1 Euro Contracts are missing so far.
And to make it even worse, the running systems based on 1E contracts have been removed from the pro auto trading window!

We’re not calm, we are shi***ng ourselves, but at this stage we are ostriches, burying our heads hoping the dust will blow over and all will be restored!?
I can’t believe PRT haven’t made an announcement on Platform Support Forum?
