Hello guys, i have a problem with Path Dow (wallstreet cash). Today at 12pm (berlin) the TS opened a trade, but in the backtest it doesn’t. Where could be the problem?

fractions: this behavior is intended to scale the risk linearly, fractions are supported by IG
trailing: works, I’ve watched it several times in life trading
life/demo and backtest: backtest needs an additional candle before the data is synchronized again

If you take a look at the code you’ll see that no position will be taken in the 2nd. half of january.
From today on it is back in business….:-)

Hi guys,
here the latest versions of all Pathfinder 4H robots. I checked all settings for the available instruments and changed the robots to the latest code.
From now on, the position size of all robots is controlled by the risk controller. By default, the current start risk is 25% for all indices.
Of course, everyone can increase the risk according to their risk willingness.

Not trading in the 2nd half of January 2018 due to seasonality rules avoided an additional loss of 1700 €.

I’ve taken the V8 Pathfinder off of forward testing due to the stupid ‘only 25 strategies’ rule. How has it faired since it started at the new year? (I’m being lazy and can’t be bothered to run a backtest!)

as requested, here is a current Pathfinder 4H V7 version for crude oil based on MichiM’s work. Unfortunately I have no longer data history for CL (only 3 years) so please be careful. Start risk is 50% and scaled up until 125%.
