The idea is based on the assumption that an outbreaking price above or below the high or low of a SMA 34 is a strong trend signal.
To confirm this assumption, we look at the same time for a new 13 day high / low. Meeting both conditions is confirmed to our tradesetup. Depending on the risk preference, the trade can then be entered and managed on the same or lower timeframe.
