Wrong price and missed bar

Hi PRT support team

I found a wrong close price bar (09:30) and missed bar (09:45) today (15th DEC 2020) at Hong Kong HS50 Cash (HK10) PRT 15 Mins chart (UTC +8:00), and 8 missed bar on 14th DEC 2020.

Could you help to check why and provide solution to fix it?

For the future, may I ask you to send us a support ticket directly via the platform instead of opening a forum thread, as we spend very little time on forums here and we might end up missing these kind of reports.

We had the same problem on Monday with many instruments, IG failed to send data during some minutes, early in the morning. I think this is the same problem here.
