I see many people in forum complaining a lot of things, I also provided few feedback, the only response I have is they will look into it, but never get back the exact roadmap. When I follow up again, they just totally ignore (doesn’t even reply).
I just wonder how Prorealtime prioritize their requests? Professional trader first? Customer with $1 million in account first? Based on IG priority? As for some other platform like tradingview, they actually have a community to vote for the features they like, so I just wondering what mechanism that Prorealtime use.
Do you guys experience the same? Or do you have a more conclusive feedback from Prorealtime?
Same experience as you Dow and same amazement at seemingly no apparent system for logging / acting on customer suggestions / feedback etc.
I gave up wondering why / getting frustrated and resigned myself to using what they give us … shut up and put up or ship out!? 🙁
I recently got an invite from IG to be involved in IG future improvements (maybe we all did??) … how I would dearly love to have the same invite from PRT!
