@robertogozzi
i don’t know how to fix the variables, where can i find an explanation
thank you
You have to click (while in the ProBackTest) where my cursor is sitting (optimization), then change all variables to FIXED value (at least until the combination gauge turns green), then exit.
@ilvillans
In V11 blank lines before the DEFPARAM instructions are not permitted. The error message is misleading.
In your screen hard copy the line 5 is blank.
Blank lines before DEFPARAM are allowed, the issue is just the too many combinations.
Does anybody try Vectorial strategy on Nasdaq ?
@palettofix
You can only use max 10k combinations, there for the error.

Out of curiosity, put an old Vectorial V3p8 (core) into ORT 5.1F (full version) and applied it on dow 3 min (long only).
Stoploss was set 1%, breakeven and trailingstop are triggered in ratio of the profittarget. Ratio = 1.25
Removed pente > < and starttime = 9u.
Thank you for posting. It’s interesting that a lot of the trend following strategies are not having the best month so far.

indeed. I tried something else for the trend yesterday, based on bollingerbands & multi timeframe.
removed stochasticrsi and changed the angle and with pente mentioned in version above a lot of optimisation variables are gone.
ratio is here set to 2, stoploss still at 1%. So it means the breakeven starts at 0.5 and trailingstop starts at 0.66% performance
again dow 3 min, only on 100k optimised and it shows.
Hello Paul,
I always get the following message when I want to start the system in the demo.
You need to comment out lines with the words GRAPH and/or GRAPHONPRICE to use it in AutoTrading.
Hello Roberto,
thanks for the information. It’s worked out 😉
@robertogozzi
Hi Roberto, what do you mean in practice, to comment on the lines with words
thank you
Comment OUT (not ON).
It means that you put two slashes (//) at the beginning of the line or text you want to be recognized as a COMMENT that will be skipped by the code at runtime.
Is thos forum dying now when markets open?
