    Margins are a nightmare now! but its probably saved some traders losing there shirt as well

    If the margins were the same as they used to be I no doubt would be more a point

    Used to be £1 a point was only £100 margin, now its over £1600 to place a deal at £1 a point. quite a difference!

    I was doing great with those countdown bets they had a while ago, I was getting 5 in a row very easily and could have made a small fortune very quickly, unfortunately the stopped those as well

    Be careful this week guys, a lot of announcements coming out, I don’t trade them or try to predict what will happen or not happen, most times I’d sit aside and let them play out and get back on the market after it resumes its normal activity.

    I’m not looking for excitement with my trades or a heart attack!

    My advice would be let the craziness happen and watch but don’t click that mouse  until normality sets in.

    Unless you have experience and can use these moves to your advantage!

    With my small stop loss I would get whipsawed left right and centre!

    I will be watching things unfold, If there is no surprise announcements nothing too exciting will happen but worth a degree of caution

    Another tip:

    Keep an eye on the angle the candlesticks are going,  the steeper the angle the more likely price will continue that direction!

    As time goes on no doubt more tips will pop into my head, these things I don’t have to think about because I have been trading a while I use them without thinking about it.

    Leverage is not a problem with IG

    You can get up to 400 with barriers (0,25%)

    Not sure if you can trade them in UK?

    Not sure what barriers is? Is that a spread betting firm or betting site?

    or some option on I.G INDEX?

    I have traded IG index in fact I just closed the Ig account because the spread for scalping is better on CMC for my type of trading

    I had to shoot off yesterday, someone who works with us had a blood clot and died. Shocked to say the least. Only talking to her the day before. That’s the 4rth that we know in the last few months. A lot of young healthy people and elderly  people having heart attacks etc. Personally I blame those covid jabs they were rolled out too quick. Incidentally I think they have stopped the booster jabs now, unfortunately too late for some. The thing is that I’m hearing is that after the jabs it can take up to 5 years to find out if your 1 of the unlucky ones.

    I know this is controversial and argued about a lot, my mother and sisters as well as my daughter had the jags so I do worry about it .

    I’m going to be away from the computer for a wee while guys, a lot going on. Good luck with your trading

    Anyway just another wee note;

    What’s the question everyone asks themselves while trading?

    Were is this market going?

    Well another better question is; what is price doing right now at this moment in time

    If you stop trying to predict were its going and pay attention to what its actually doing it might help!

    If the game is designed to deceive traders, the ones deceiving want you distracted as much as possible and 1 thing they know were all doing is trying to predict were the markets going so if you were them how would you use that to your benefit?

    We won’t learn anything if we don’t ask ourselves these questions and come up with a reasonable answer.

    Markets are really hard to grasp there is too much going on to analyse and we, as human beings, seem to like to complicate matters by adding and adding and adding more and more to things and overcomplicate them in the hope we can filter out bad trades but in doing so were just adding more complication to the equation.

    Keep it simple, keep it short and to the point, less clutter and less distractions gives us less to worry about and eliminates a lot of those distractions because we need clarity not confusion, there is enough confusion to deal with without adding more.

    2; What I’m looking for

    3 What stops and take profit I use

    4 What results are achievable

    5 Why I scalp

    6 How easy it can be when distractions are eliminated

    7 How to get to a similar place in your trading I am

    If you don’t yet understand please go over my previous posts because everything is there.

    Other than that just put a 5 minute chart up and observe price movement on it until it pops out at you like a lightning bolt

    I got talking to someone in elite traders forum and they suggested posting my results of the 500 trades challenge on the forum. I was hesitant but decided ok ‘ll ask the question to see what the response was. The question was, Would it be possible to do 500 trades without a loss? The answer was IMPOSIBLE”! Anyone who said they can is a charlatan and conn artist! So I posted my results when I got jumped on by numerous Idiots in the group. After defending myself for 3 days with a lot of abuse I decided to post a video as proof. Soon as I did the moderators blocked me and kicked me out of the forum and said the reason was spam!

    I could kick the person who suggested the forum LOL

    Here is the proof I gave them before getting banned from there forum
