Hi, I have been using ProRealTime for a few years now and my coding skills have come on a lot, but there’s one pattern I came across recently that exceeds my capabilities: it’s Joe Ross’s ‘Ross Hook’ from his book ‘Trading The Ross Hook’ published in 1992. The link below provides an explanation, but it’s essentially predicated on a 1-2-3 pattern that most of us are familiar with.

Ross’s pattern is meant to be one of the more robust patterns out there when tested across a number of different markets and instruments over a very long time period. I know ProBuilder language isn’t really geared towards pattern recognition, but I thought it was worth a shot in case anyone has come across anything.
