Good evening
I am a new trader for the platform
I have a problem that the platform is Hanging and I had to turn off the computer and turn it back on again and turn the platform on again.
What is the reason and the solution?

Small question : Are you using the API ?
Reason I ask : 99,99% are not using the API and I don’t think “we” ever ran into such an issue. At least I myself have not ever seen it. “We” also would not care really (although a hanging PC is never a nice thing to run into), while using the API would make you out of control when it happens.

Very difficult to know why your platform is hanging, does it happens with a specific action?
The best thing to do is to ask for a technical review of your problem by sending an email to contact@prorealtime.com

Have you saved / loaded your Platform up with many Strategies (> 15 or so) listed in the backtesting window? See the squiggly white line on attached for the window I am referring to.
At the beginning of using the platform, there were no problems at all.
If this happens to you while backtesting (or you recently had a session of that) then “hanging” not uncommon at all.
If this is the case, I can hand you a couple of hints to avoid this hanging.
