Template not loading

Does anyone know why suddenly it is not possible to load any other templates? My platform is stuck with a single template and I cannot load any others? The other templates are available for selection but I cannot load them. I have reloaded PRT and restarted my computer – this makes no difference.

Hello Broc, in cases such as these we can’t really be of any help: you have to contact PRT’s support to fix it, directly from your platform through Help > Technical support and explain the situation.

Moderators from ProRealCode do not have access to ProRealTime platforms of the members of the forum. If you have a technical issue with yours you must contact the technical support team on which you depend and the best way to do that is by sending a technical report as described above.
