Suggestion for PRT development

  Hello everyone, if this is the wrong subforum for a suggestion to the platform, then please move my post 🙂

  Im just starting to get to know PRT v11 and so far im loving it. I dont really like the detailed report “Dashboard” page, the old one looked better to be honest.

  The other functionalities of the detailed report is 98% of everything i wanted and hoped was coming, if anyone from PRT reads this, thank you.

  Theres a few things i would love to have in the future:

  Suggestion #1: Detailed report showing details for the drawdown. I love the “runup vs drawdown” from “Detailed report” (backtest) -> Advanced charts. Would love some more statistics on the drawdown, maybe even the possibility to add “price” in the picture to see what the market did when your system went into drawdown. I know theres other ways of doing this, but it would be very practical to just have it ready at hand.

  Suggestion #2: I would love love love the possibility to start comparing different algorithms and get statistics! Im envisioning a Chart which is blank and you can enter the backtest data (equity curve and detailed report) from 2(+) algos and compare them, get statistics and other important data. Drawdown analysis (comparing when algo 1 went into drawdown vs algo 2) +++  This would be a huge gamechanger when it comes to putting together a portfolio of systems without having to work some crazy excel magic to get everything you want. Screwing around in excel has also given me tons of errors and mistakes like formatting errors and copy paste screwups..

  Thar’s weird on my v11 the Dashboard is the same as the old / v10.3 Dashboard?

  For me the widgets are miles bigger (than on v0.3) and so I have to scroll up, down and across to see all of them.  This may be due to the resolution I use on my PC?

  Btw the best way to make suggestions to PRT is to use the Form below as it goes direct to PRT!
