I am relatively new to PRT and have just completed the Introduction to Programming and Advanced Programming Training Videos for the second time.

However I am looking to further to develop my skills in coding

Could anyone recommend which programming language I could study which closely resembles PRT code.

Also how can you save an indicator / back test code whilst writing it. (so as not to lose it)

Legend

In order to save the current code, I usually apply it to current chart and hit save (CTRL+S, if you are using Windows).

The language code used in ProRealTime is not really close to any other known language because of specific instructions used for trading.
