Streamdeck with 15 keys does not work with Linux.

  I bought a Streamdeck with 15 keys for PRT. On the Prorealtime homepage, this is offered as a working combination.
  The streamdeck itself works under Linux without any problems. However, as soon as I start the PRT, I get the message that only the Streamdeck XL with 32 keys is supported. Unfortunately, customer support did not answer my question. Now I am trying this here in the forum. Does anyone know if this combination will work at some point or is it better to buy the Streamdeck XL?

  This is weird, as it says it is supported on the website..

  “customer support did not answer my question” : they did not respond yet?
