Hi again,

I am still struggling with the EUR/USD mini on DEMO. Found out that my Instrument seems to be wrong when considering the Pip & Tick size (mine is 0,0001 and 0,00001). I checked with a buddy that is running IG/PRT in Sweden (while mine is in Germany). He got the right Pip & Tick size (0,1 and 1), see screenshot. Also manual trades on IG Demo show the same result. Any idea who and how this can be fixed?

You have to open a ticket to PRT, as for my experience the last problem on DAX where on PRT side not on IG

will do that, since i use PRT via IG, does the ticket go directly to PRT (prorealtime.com) or via the IG support first?

If using PRT via IG, Tech Reports raised via Help > Technical Support (on PRT Platform) goes to IG first who – if they can’t sort it – forward the Report on to PRT for resolution.

DAX 1 Euro contract is missing in LIVE for me. Trading with IG. I already made a ticket. Is it same for anyone else?

If it’s any help, attached is what I see for DAX on my Demo CFD Account.

My Live Account is a UK SpreadBet Account, so that be no use as a comparison for you.

All Nasdaq 1€ mini Programms are automaticly stopped in demo account. This has been going on for about a week or two weeks. Any reasons?

Same here (also for US500 btw)… opened a ticket with IG like two weeks ago, checked 3 times… “we are working on it” 🙁

The mini cash register options have disappeared from IG. I’ve already contacted their customer service, but so far without success. The options are still available at PRT. Backtests are possible, but the systems can’t be activated live because they’re immediately shut down. This has been going on for about three weeks, and there’s no information about it from either IG or PRT.
