    I’ve had 4 or 5 Stoppages since 4 Dec 25 (out of around 140 running Systems); I consider these Stoppages and their reasons to be back to the norm before the Issue w/c  1 Dec 25.

    Since Monday, I’ve only been seeing sporadic data bars on the DAX40. This is on a demo version under Ingrid, mind you. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Are you saying you have lots of data bars missing?

    Attached is what I see on DAX40 since 1 Dec 25 on H1 TF on my Demo CFD Account with IG (should be same as you see?).

    The Dax on the Demo keeps crashing, I don’t reactivate them anymore, it’s useless.

    Hi all,

    i had the same issue as most of you, many of my systems got stopped last week. After a few days i restarted them, all fine. But … for EUR/USD Mini and EUR/USD it does not work on DEMO (Real works though…).

    When a trade enters on EUR/USD mini any loss or win is * 1000! Means any SL or TP setting jumps in right away. Anyone else with this issue? Anyone from Proreal that can confirm or check possibly?

    I also checked if it is the same when triggering a trade in IG DEMO directly, it works 🙂

    The symbol for EUR/USD is not defined correctly any more in Demo for Contract Size since the beginning of October. Maybe you only notice now because a trade was attempted for the first time ?

    ..i do remember the bigger issue in Oct 25, but i got it back to work after that and it did work as intended until the 1st of Dec 🙂 (see attachment).

    I know what the DAX 40 looks like this week at PRT. But the image shows the DAX 40 at IG. Something’s definitely wrong. Or is anyone’s DAX system working this week?

    I agree, attached ss from IG Platform … same as your ss … weird tiny range bars all this week since 8 Dec 25.

    I’m wondering where PRT gets its data from that makes the chart look completely different? @Nikolas Could you please check what’s wrong here?

    In the last two days on IG demo i have had a very bad behavior of PRT on IG. A robot made by me on DAX40, for 3 times go in gain, big gain, but when i stopped the robot to close the operations and get the gain, all the gain disappear leaving no more than 300€ in the pocket.

    i have done 3 tests, all with the same result.

    do it happened also to you or other IG users ?

    As already mentioned in the Italian forum, the DAX doesn’t work in Demo mode; it’s currently unusable, and it’s unknown when it will be restored.
    This is what I wrote in the Italian forum:
    – “It doesn’t work,” it means what you see doesn’t match.
    Now the DAX hasn’t crashed, but instead of taking a short at 24,421, it’s telling me it’s now entered at 24,133.

    I think Prorealtime has nothing to do with it this time, this is the IG DAX demo chart, I think that’s why the algorithms don’t work.
