I have just restarted 96 Systems on Demo! 20 mins or so later another 5 stopped!
Reason for Stoppage are several (incl. ‘external event’ also ‘retries’) but the main recurring reason stated is ‘broker could not confirm Status’.
5 more Systems stopped now (on 1 Account) in the last 12 mins (since I posted above).
Here we go again. It only ran relatively smoothly for two months.
I just restarted another 11 (on my CFD Account) … these 11 have stopped in the last 1 hour.
ProRealTime doesn’t connect properly to IG. ProRealTime blocked some of my trading systems, but on IG I still had open positions from ProRealTime even though I had opted for automatic closure of positions on IG in case the trading systems were blocked (this is dangerous). I went to close the positions on IG, but on ProRealTime they still appear as open even though they don’t actually exist. Quite a mess. I hope they fix this very soon, otherwise ProRealTime’s credibility is at stake.
Question: Do the people at ProRealTime read this forum or not? Especially since it’s linked within ProRealTime itself.

In my demo account several systems stopped today. I don´t know the reasons.
I’ve given up restarting my Stopped Systems until tomorrow (another 31 Stopped in 3 hours) hopefully the problem will be fixed by tomorrow?
The doubly annoying thing is … we never get notified about problems and rarely after they have been fixed?
I’ve got 25 open positions on 1 Account which show 25 red crosses, but when I try to close even 1 trade (by clicking on a red cross) all 25 trades turn to ‘grey / greyed-out crosses’.

No. But I don’t use Demo. Only Live and that seems fine to me. But also no newly started trades since you / Grahal started mentioning the current issues.
What of course did happen was the CME issue last Friday. Maybe now that has its repercussions on Demo ?
