Currently partial closing in PRT is not available through code. Can it be simulated in a backtest though? Also, will partial closing ever be possible with PRT code and IG?

Partial closing is allowed in ProBackTest.

Not yet in ProOrder, though it is rumoured to be in the works.

Partial closing is supported with MARKET orders, not pending ones.
