Hi,
I am trying to write a condition for filtering – noting that the condition is supposed to take place today [0]
But yesterday [1] – the situation was different.
In practice, I receive results that have been met in the past two days and not only today.
Is such a thing known?
So, is there a way to prevent this? (I’m only interested in the results of the last day)
Thanks in advance,
You ask … is such a thing known … yes, I’ve had lots of odd results from Screeners.
But maybe your Daily odd result is (partly) down to when the Day starts with the different Instruments you are Filtering / Screening?
You say … is there a way to prevent this … can you include Time and Date in your Screener?
Easiest would be to add your code on here (using the <> icon) and then maybe somebody may spot the source of your odd results?
GraHal is right, without the code it would be difficult to know where is the trouble!
Also, please keep in mind that to get results from “today” in a screener, it is necessary to have subscribed to the live data of the shares lists you want to be scanned, otherwise you’ll get result from the day before (case of “end of day”).
