Screener Result and Chart don't agree

I use the free end of day version of proscreener and at times find that the result of my screener doesn’t agree with what’s on the chart. eg. the high of the latest daily bar on the chart is different to the high from the screener.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I contacted ProRealTime support and was told that it had to do with the time settings. I changed these as suggested but still have the same issue. I don’t understand how this could help as i’m using daily data so both my charts and screener is using daily data.

I have attached a word doc that I sent to ProRealTime that will hopefully explain better my issue.[attachment file=8750]

Maybe because you only have free EOD screening capabilities?

Maybe. I don’t see why though. It might be free but does that mean they provide me with different data to what paid subscribers get?

If my screener is using daily data and the chart is a daily chart then from my perspective they should match.

There is no way I would ever pay them for data as I have zero confidence that what they provide is accurate.
