    Hello,

    I just noticed that my screener is stuck on 4 currencies and is not changing. This was not an issue a couple of weeks ago. Has the latest update o PRT changed ProScreener? Anyone else experienced this?

    Hi Peter, I have had the same issues with ProScreener that started with yesterday’s market open. Non of my own screeners are doing what it is suppose to. In actual fact, it seems to include certain markets (Currencies Main and Mini) and certain timeframes (below 1H). I have reported the issue to IG’s technical division, as well as my account representative at PRT. Feedback pending…

    I experience that my screener is executing on different candle than the one PRT is currently plotting since my result is pretty much static.

    Do you still have the same issue? What PRT version please? Are you using “end of day” data?

    Hi, I have the same issue with PRT IG v10.3 and not using “end of day” data.

     

    Just with this proscreener code :

    on 15mn time frame, close value do not change since last friday on all currencies Main and Mini.

     

    So, Procreener data seems to be stuck since last friday for PRT IG users.

    Is there a known issue with screener please? I am running a simplest screener code which returns all UK stocks which have close lower than 50, returning only three (there are thousands as I am aware of). It was working fine in past.

    Hi Guys, I believe that the issues with ProScreener was been resolved. My screener started working 10min ago! Thank PRT, really appriciated!
